NFS MW: Big on CPU

i used to get around 55-65 FPS on NFS MW demo @1280x960 all high details ...... then today i was just playing with the CPU OC and made it stock to see some setting in clockgen and booted to window then one of mine fen came and asked me to show the game(MW) and damn i was getting around 30-35FPS with same settings just mine CPU was running @ 1.8Ghz ...... thats around 25-30 FPS drop ...... i was just wondering if it is same in all the games or it is only the NFS :) ....

well, the full version for me started lagging as soon as i unlocked the second region in-game. Irrespective of what res or aa settings i keep, i get the same fps.
