NFS Pro Street problem

I have finished the Chicago Showdown and now, everytime I play the game, it is as if everything is running at 2x or 4x.

I have not changed any setting. It is very very jerky and not at all fun.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled. But the problem persists.

Sometimes it is better but it is still faster than normal.

All the pre-race things get fast forwarded (like the revving of the engines, the babe coming to wave and all that ).

Any ideas ?

LOL sounds funny... does the same thing happen when you create a new profile? Maybe your profile is corrupt (for whatever reason).

Havent tried with a new profile, but I doubt it wil help as this thing starts even before I choose my profile.

I'm sure a classic reinstall will help You could try different video drivers too, might just work.

I had the same problem with Most Wanted and Carbon while using an X2. If you're also using an X2 you could try setting the process affinity from task manager to use only one of the cores.

Or you could just install this instead.

need for speed need 70-100% cpu loading

check for cpu tem ide and full loading

i oc 3.1 ghs but it crash cause of cpu need more loading around 70-100% :O

so i set 2.9 GHS it run smooth but my cpu run full loading 60-70

but socket 939 run smooth at high oc 2.51 ghs
