i have shown the rear view of my tv tuner card

and this is my cable from set top box

i can connect only the yellow cable here and there is no port for sound connection

is there any special cables available for it
 
yellow cable is for video

for audio, u need a RCA to Stereo jack converter plug wherein the Red and White cables fm your set top is connected into the blue jack of your tv tuner card.
 
You can get a convertor for the white and red plugs. This would connect to the line-in on the TV Tuner (typically blue)
