WP No call barring in Lumia?

I wanted to activate call barring on my sisters lumia 730 but I searched a lot and di9dnt find any such settings.

It says "Windows Phone does not have a call barring setting."

I mean wtf? Why such a differentiation with lumia?

Is it that you want to block calls from all unknown numbers? If a person has already called you, you could use the Calls + SMS filter option to block them from again calling or texting you. If you want to reject all calls except from your contacts list (not sure why you would want to do it though), I have no idea.[DOUBLEPOST=1462351116][/DOUBLEPOST]I guess I am mistaken. Do you want to block all outgoing calls? I guess no options in Windows then.

Isn't call barring something only a carrier/operator would do and not the phone itself? If not, the "kids corner" might be a workaround

Well in my android and symbian phones call barring is available. And NO, the operator has nothing to do anything here. Its your choice and by deault it is available for all on every operator service.
