No games on Steam! - Help

Hello, I have purchased Orange Box and Counter Strike Condition Zero for Steam 3 months back. Yesterday I formatted my PC after backing up all the game files. But today after installing and logging in Steam, I found, no game found there.

What can I do now?? Even Restoring asks me for activation number... I have Counter Strike purchase receipt, but not of orange box as I bought it from shop.
 
usually it wont man.....try loggin in from some other place and take the steam apps folder with ur id and try copying into ur system....guess it should solve the problem
 
^^, I know, no games are installed. But Steam should show Not installed games there, As it was before...

I tried restoring backup, it is asking for CD-Key, and when I use my orange box key, it says invalid key.. :(

Update - I have submitted ticket on Steam support. I hope they will respond me in few days...
 
yeah this is weird, whenever i install Steam after a fresh format, it'll show me the games i have registered, and it'll show not installed against each game. And only after this i restore the backup.

Lets see what steam has to say.
 
^^ Thanks all for reply.. I have all the Receipt of Purchase and CD with me.. I hope Steam will consider about them.... I have sent them the digital copies with my name written on the receipt [same style as TE market is applied there]..

Let's see what they says.. Will I get my games back?

Edit - I got my all the games back, just checked.. Got reply from Steam that there was a problem in their server and they are sorry for that :D
 
u will until u can provide enough proof that u bought those games...ie receipt,cd key the only thing is that they reply in 3 to 4 days..

^^ I got all games back, but when I restore the game, it freezes on this screen [not actual hang, but process doesn't continue from this window]

I am waiting for about 1.5 hours but nothing is coming except this window...

Edit - I got one window named Your Steam ticket has been expired few minutes back....
