no player in sansa box bought from croma!

hey guys..my brother bought a sansa clip..(i just bought one 2-3day back..its gr8)..and I hadnt gone with him..I dont know whether he asked them to pack it in front of him or what..but there is no mp3 player in it..the headphones and charger is there..and no clip! wtf..the sales guys slipped it when he went to pay the bill or something ?
It sucks..I paid the bill..got the slip..and then checked it and heard it playing when I bought mine.. Don't know whether to blame my bro or croma..I doubt they would entertain me If I went there complaining about not finding the player inside ?:hap5:
 
Go & say YOU DIDN'T find it in pack & if they didn't entertained you threat them to write Product Company. It's not your fault that didn't check the product before buy as you has FAITH in TATA /CROMA name. tell them .... & lodge official complaint with related authorities from Croma.
 
thx guys..spoke to my bro..he said he called the manager and he said he will sort it out..he just went out of town and would be back on sunday evening..and he has the slip as well..lets see..weird..
 
juhu..lol... the first croma ever........very bad service

Also the so called genious ie those ppl who work are very irritating.
 
They gave him his money back..they had no stocks of Sansa..so he got a full refund. They just noted the serial no. down and gave the money back..

He is lucky enough to get the money back, now buy a new sansa clip from ebay for 1760/- :hap2:

Still have to PM KMD for the money for the earphones..

Also, my sister in law bought an Ipod..The sansa audio is better but ipod's default headphones are better and I think the volume output of the ipod is more..
