PC Peripherals No power on PC

How to check if the psu is working or not???? My PC won't start up... No power... I gave pay for rma got it back but still no power so... Is the psu faulty or some thing other..

Disconnect the PSU from rest of your system...Then follow the link

if the fans move then psu is ok,remove the gpu and then try to start the pc,if the pc starts then the gpu is damaged.

6770 for 5770 :O

Isnt 5770 a better performer ?

Card is about same in performance but don't know exactly as didn't test personally.... And psu is working that paper clip is awesome handy

Well once and only once the pc responded when I short the power pins.... After that it has no response...

Only once the pc booted... Rest time it didn't boot... It's completely off not even the onboard leds lit up.... Anyway psu is OK and running... Will give board for rma next week
