CPU/Mobo No signal from iGPU

No signal from iGPU after unplugging my dGPU. So I plugged in a dGPU but if I use HDMI I get no signal, so I tried Display Port now I'm getting signal, but the monitor is black but if I go to the bios it works from like 1-2 seconds then goes black then after like 20–30 seconds it works for 1–2 seconds.
So I googled a bit and found out the iGPU gets disabled after you put a dGPU, so I took pictures with my phone and navigated the bios and managed to change the "Initial Graphic Adapter" from "PEG" to "IGD" still didn't get any signal.
But the pc works fine, I managed to get Unraid working.

Any idea what might be causing it?

Did you try connecting the iGPU with all the HDMI ports of the monitor? (assuming your monitor has more than one HDMI port)

Try reseating the CPU and cooler again, as well as RAM while your dGPU is unplugged. If you have two RAM sticks, try with only one of them at a time.

Yea I tried both HDMI port on my monitor also tried it with a TV but no luck (btw the monitor is fine)
tried one ram, same stuff. Haven't reseated the CPU since I don't have extra thermal paste.

Edit: The board has a VGA port, so I tried that with a VGA to HDMI adapter as well, didn't get any signal.

You could also try hard resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS. But you would loose all the BIOS configurations you have made.

I've done that a few times, same thing. Now I'm thinking it might be the ports, since they weren't in use for a long time.

In that case, the only way to verify would be to install your CPU into another motherboard. If you do not have another motherboard then maybe any local computer hardware shop might help you with this.
