XTechManiac Level E Aug 14, 2010 #3 You forgot to mention the OS you're using. Anyways, I am assuming that you're using Windows 7. You can try resetting the thumbnail cache(fixes no thumbnail issue most of the time). 1. Click on Start Button > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup 2. Select your Boot drive and click OK. 3. Check the Thumbnails checkbox and uncheck all other options. 4. Click OK > Delete Files Hope it works..
