CPU/Mobo No Video on my TV Tuner Card?

I have a Pinnacle PCTV Stereo TV Tuner Card and I have updated all my drivers.

I have the following drivers now -
1) NVidia Forceware 81.95.
2) Direct X 9.0c.
3) PCTV Vision 5.90.
4) Windows XP Pro SP2 (Fully Updated).
5) Norton System Works 2005 (Fully Updated).

I tried many things like -
1) Changing PCI Slots.
2) Send it to the Service Center and they said it is working.

There is Sound but no Video.

Please Help Me.

Hope you have installed the pctv stereo xp sp2 fix. I too have the same card.

Did you try any third party softwares to view TV?

Just install Chris Tv ( www.chris-tv.com ) or simply check using Windows Movie makers , Capture video from Device option and select tv-tuner as the mode. I am telling this cause many a times the video goes blank in the pctv vision and its quite a buggy program.

If they say its working, then it sure does.
