Audio No voice through Edifier DA5000

Friends, I need your help as I am not able to get any vocal through my Edifier DA5000 speaker set. Songs in my pc are plying fine but whenever I watch any video on PC or Youtube there is no sound . Please help me with this. My system configuration is core i5 2500k, z68xpud4 & win 7 Thank you.
 
Well it was nothing i just changed speaker selection from center/ subwoofer & side speakers to front speakers & rear speaker out
