I love the Noctua's too. My Phenom X6 idles at a flat 24deg in my terrace room which is always a hot room with no A/C.

^ theres no way any air/water cooler can lower your temps to below ambient...so either your rooms actually pretty cool, or your readings are wrong.

How can your chip be lower than room temperature. Am sure a roof top terrace apartment with no A/C would be in the mild 30's at least..? How you measured the chip temperature.
