How to contact these guys??? There ticket system seems screwed up and our complaint wont get posted.. Any other mode? Email? I had ordered on 17-Sep and still no signs of shipping 2 of my items, though they shipped the book within 5 days..

Use IE for ticket posting , it doesn't work well with firefox but always works with IE , you can also post on their CC facebook wall Indiaplaza Customer Service | Facebook , they have always replied to my posts on their wall
