We have nokia 5700 Ex. music phone. Many time we can hear the calling party but they can not listen to us. The only option is to reboot the phone. Updating the firmware via Nokia update manager dosen't help.
this is a common problem with 5700. i have used this phone and have faced this same problem a few times. another friend of mine too had the same problem. try taking it to nokia care and see if they can fix it.
