i updated my 5800 to 30.0.11 firmware using NSU , after update it asked to restart the phone and after disconnecting the data cable , its not turning on at all... tried removing battery for a minute and then reinsert , even hard reset not working.
when i connect the phone to the windows 7 pc , its shows " Nokia USB Flashing Parent " connected. i guess the phone has gone into flashing mode . any suggestion on how to get it back to phone mode ?
This is the old 5800 model and has warranty , m hoping if nokia ppl replace it coz this phone has display problems too ( random lines appear while changing orientation )
Still would like to know about what i can do if the nokia service doesn;t replace it...
