Nokia Announces Lumia 620, The Most Affordable Windows Phone 8 Device

The smartphone will come with a 3.8-inch ClearBlack WVGA display that offers up a resolution of 800×480, so it is immediately evident that one of the trade-offs between this model and the big boys is inferior screen quality. Nokia has chosen to power the Lumia 620 with a Qualcomm 1GHz dual-core processor and is offering 8GB of internal storage capacity with external memory support through via microSD card.

by the specs, it seems to be a WP7.8 rather than 620 which is WP8

Did you guys see the Lumia 510 ads yesterday? a 4" inch WP 7.5 phone with only 2.8Gb internal memory but still may be worth it as it comes from Nokia! And will definitely have 7.8 upgradability.
