Specifications:

Nokia C5 - Full phone specifications

just got the C5 for 7.5k

pros:super cool keypad(one of best for texting),

looks(its way better in real than pics),

display color(vibrant),

ergonomics(just perfect in hands),

battery life(havent charges for past 3 days even after exploring features for couple of hours everyday)

sound(real good when compared to a music edition phone)

works well in 3g(using front cam and net)

cons:display (could have been bigger since it runs on S60)

sound(a tad lower when kept flat as the speakers are behind)

bottomline: for the price its one of the best bets specially for those who need non touch and heavy messaging)

The battery cover is the biggest eye-sore.....

It looks a lot like the ancient phones which had the covers & batteries integrated in one plastic block.....

That apart, the Symbian S60v3 is a dying OS.... Not that it is bad...... definitely not...... but it is too old.....

But the price seems good for the phone..... Mayne 6.5k would be even more appealing.

Yeah, this would be unbeatable at around a price of 6k since it has both gps and 3g.The current price of 8k seems a bit high.

ya a price of 7k atleast would be awesome but after trying phones at the same price range(upto 8k) i felt this had a better keypad tactile feel and also longer battery life.

the battery cover is steel and seeing one live will do justice.
