After ages seems these two phones have finally arrived in Indian shores. Eventhough i am not aware of the official launch of these phones it has been listed as 'available' in flipkart.

But the shipping time frame is mentioned as 'Order now and get it in 12-14 business days'. So i guess the official launch should be just around the corner (4-5 days max)

Also it has listed the SE Cedar. Priced at 5.5k this SE has HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 2 Mbps. It has 3.5mm jack too. One of the best budget phones with HSDPA IMO.

The E5 is just another E72 without the front camera & the C6 is just another N97/N97 Mini.....

I really think Nokia needs to be more innovative.....

I've been using the C6 for over a month now. Have to say a REALLY decent phone. Nice touch. Even the non final / proto firmware i had on mine was very stable. GPS locks are achieved within seconds. Battery life when connected to Push email , Gravity for twitter polling every 10 min odd AND listening to music over bluetooth headphones is about one working day.

I highly recommend it... and oh , should be available in stores starting next week.

But poor bundled accessories. 2GB card only, very poor hands-free. The one that comes with a 2k worth Nokia phone.

Exactly Even the LG Cookie was selling for for 11k initially and the Star was about 10k. Mobile prices drop like crazy. But to 8k in 3 months.:S Thats too fast IMO. May be in 9-12 months.
