Looks a seller if it creeps south of 10 k.
may make youngsters leave their bb curves and stop showing it off like its 2004.

I guess one should not buy this as this won't get updates in near future.. You will be stuck to the same firmware / software forever, unfortunately :(

Even assuming it did get updates, this phone doesn't have the hardware to run Windows 8, so this isn't exactly a deterrent to buyers in this price range. It won't make a lot of sense to buy a Lumia 900 at this stage, however, that doesn't hold true for entry level models like the 710 or 610. Good phones survive more than 2 years comfortably.

IMO 10k would be the best price bracket for the phone with all these specs and would be competitive against many androids in the 10k budget

It cannot compete with Droids because it is based on WP7.x which doesn't even have its own File Manager and every time you need to upload a file to net and download it on a phone to transfer the files :)

Likewise the Droids in this price range do not compare well with the WP7 phones due to just one problem - they LAG.

If one is willing to be OK with the OS that is not going to receive further updates, the Nokia 603 with free EA games makes better sense.
