naaah.....that is really wrong.... the 6233 is an amazing phone.... and in the bottom range, the 1100 is also a very good phone...very rugged and hardy.

And then you have the 6030 which is also a very good phone for the price.

And then you have the 6630 and 6681 which are again amazing phones....

Only thing is, if you want to have the best camera in a phone, then SE is the way to go....

N73 actually has an amazing macro mode.........

so do N90

however N70/N72 suck alright!
 
Prolly off-topic but N80 roxxx!!

Its really sexy & is fully loaded with features..

Having had the pleasure of using it for 10-odd days, I can say that its sound quality is equivalent to W810i & one of the best loudspeakers..

Camera's excellent & yes it does have a macro mode..Videos leave a bit to be desired, especially indoors..

Just look at the screen once, and you'll fall in love..Seriously!!

Ahhh! I've checked all the phones that you mentioned. :D

N80 is good too. Only that it's a slider. I'll keep that one in mind too. :P

Had got a 6600 for 10k through a contact at the airport when it was retailing at 16k in the market, the contact has now changed jobs unfortunately :(
 
no way !!! Impossible.... even from abroad, you cant get an N80 at that price...unless it is a stolen piece :P or someone got it freee in a contest or something :
 
Guys finally i am buying a n73 by this week.... so i just wanted to have a look at the colors available...
i heard there r three colors...
1)silver gray/deep plum
2)frost white/mocha brown
3)frost white/metallic red

i cudnt find the pics of all 3 types anywhere... so tht i can decide which 1 i shud go for... so please can someone post a link where i cud find all the color schemes...
 
yaar tum mujhe confusion mein daal rahe ho icefusion... btw the firware version here in india wud be an updated one or the same old one... has nokia announced firware updates yet for n73... or any self flashable updates for n73...
 
thts the problem, the firmware version all over the world is the same as of now, Nokia hasnt announced any proper firmware updates for the N73, and there isnt any self flushable updates for N73 either at this time..

Some people on diffrent forums have said they got a new firmware, but it doesnt address any of the issues the phone has...

Hey Nikhil, in the N-Series and also in phones like 6600,7610 etc u can overcome the problem of transfering a file whose size is greater than the phones internal memory.. thers an option in messaging wher u can choose whether u want to store the messages in the phone memory or the memory card.. so just get a higher capacity memory card and set the messages to be stored in the memory card. So as u can c, thers isnt any problem transfering files whose size is gr8er than the phone memory.. i had a 6600 bfore i got my n70 and i have transfered files as large as 150 mb onto the phone (entire movies :bleh: )

Initially they were getting pwnd by SE(the K750i, the W series and so on).....but with the N series, in the higher mid-range, Nokia are back with a bang :P....

The only reason I see to go for a SE is because of the camera.... that is one thing which is not upto the mark in NOkia phones.....their cameras are not match for the SE cameras....but the ones on the N70/72/73 are supposed to be very good in all situations except in macro mode....

Nikhil, N70 and N72 dont have macro mode.. only N73 has macro mode in the N7* series.. and the cam in N73 is supposed to be one of the best amongst 3 mp cameras.
