Budget 10-15K nokia n9 advise needed

I am planning to buy the nokia n9.I really liked the meego user interface.
but I have little confusions regarding the n9.
in ebay there are several n9 available as sealed box brand new.one of my friend said its not brand new.they are importing n9 demo pieces and refurbished products and putting it for sale.please give your valuable advises.

Are you going for it because you are getting it for cheap or is it, according to you, fullfilling your requirements the best?

For me when it came out, it was a real looker and had good hardware. The fact that nokia choose to lookout for a whole different OS made my decision easier in not going for it at that time.

I would advice you to first analyse your requirements.

I used all type of phones from different brands and different os:ios, android rim,simbian (please forgive me for the details).I saw the n9 on my friend's hand.it is simply amazing.
I think it is one of the best phones ever made by a brand.
it is unique.
also designers of nokia n9 is launching their jolla os whch is compatible with n9.we can port android apps to jolla.
