nokia - radio - not allowed !!! problem

i need help i am having problem with a nokia mobile 3200

when u select radio it is saying "not allowed" same when connectiong headset.

it was working fine 5 minutes before then the local electrition took it for 5 minutes he returned it saying i didnt do anything and now. its not allowing radio

someone help

Take a full backup of your data if you have any on the phone.....

Do this

This will do a Soft-Format, the phone memory going to be formated and he phone will reset itself, don't use this when battery is under 75% capacity

If this solves the issue, perfet, if it doesn't, you may need to flash the phone.....post back if you need more details
