Nokia's official Phone Software updates

Finally takin que from SE, Nokia has made available Phone software updates for phones on their site, right now only few selected phones are available, hopefully more phones would be added soon

Phones currently supported are :

N70,N72, 6131,6680,6681,6682,6630

^Schweet! But does all the data on the phone disappear when you flash it?
EDIT : I'm an idiot.. phone data will disappear, but memory card contents will remain.
