Hello, I was Looking for some Vacancies in IT Companies in department of Operations, Administration and Facilities Management but Seems Most of the Companies posting Only Software, HR and Project Management etc roles on Online Portals. are the Vacancies for these roles rarely available, Limited or mostly occupied by Backdoor?

Any reason why you are specifically looking for non-IT roles in IT companies? Does being in the "IT" department qualify as IT/Non-IT?
I've experience in Managerial Roles in Operation/ Audit and QA Dept in Wellness Industry.
problem is The Industry I've worked previously has Office Times 10-11hrs which is tough for me and Office on Public Holidays, Weekends tooo.
Since I've heard IT companies are pretty flexible with Office Hours and Holidays I've decided to hop into the IT Industry.
IT Dept qualifies as IT Support not the core work employees do in IT company but pretty much near IT

These roles do exist, but they’re often filled through internal referrals or local hiring drives, not always posted online like tech roles. You could try checking company career pages directly or look on LinkedIn using filters like “Operations” or “Facilities” — also helps to network with people already working in those departments.
