Noob Question: Pls Help

Hi,

Its a simple question from a noob. Pls answer it. :huh:

If i download 100 Mb from a private tracker and i seed to a ratio 1:1, will my overall ratio be 1. One more doubt is without uploading any new stuff, can i keep doing like this. Wont i be called a leecher. :huh: ?

when u r seeding what u downloaded u will not be called a leecher i guess..u dont need to release new stuff ti maintain the ratio just keep seeding

^^yeah just don't remove the dowloded stuff from the place at which it was downloaded, and your p2p will seed it itself and you won't b a leecher.

For new stuff you have to seed them separately

By seeding this to 1:1 ratio, your overall ratio wont become 1. For that, you will have to seed the amount you have downloaded overall.

on the torrent site you can see how much you have uploaded and downloaded..wen both are equal your ratio is 1:1 ie.1..when your upload is more than download, your ratio wil be higher than 1..simple..

as long as your ratio is above 1, you'r not a leecher
