hi guys have one confusion.
if i buy this they will send me the cd with serial no to my sns or they will send the serial keys to registered email and a download link to download exe

Guys,
I got charged twice for single transaction...got a sms for city bank and confirmed by calling CC guy and he said the transaction happened twice.
Though i got only single mail and single product key mentioning it is valid for 3 users and one year.
CC guy said he can't cancel the transaction as it is not yet executed but does show on his screen.

Any idea what am i supposed to do? :p

though charged twice it is still a steal but i would like to know how to get my money back btw was charged $5.43 !!
 
what is it showing $19.99 after using both the codes?? has the offer lapsed ??
