Not able to make calls using BSNL 3G

I bought a new BSNL 3G sim today.The problem is i am not able to make calls from my Nokia 5800 XM mobile but i am able to receive the calls.

Do i need to change any settings?

Plz advice guys...

I think you need to do a FRC for validity and then a top up for balance and it will work.
