Not able to pay with Master Card HDFC Netsafe

I just tried making a purchase on homeshop18 with MasterCard netsafe card the payment was unsuccessful twice, then i tried with a Visa netsafe and it worked, last week i tried to purchase on futurebazaar with MC netsafe and it did not work so i thought they dont support netsafe but today i was able to purchase on futurebazaar with Visa netsafe, so is anyone else having trouble with MC netsafe cards?

In my experience master card netsafe should work exactly like a credit card.have you signed up for master card securecode? its requires an extra password to make online payments.

For me no problem with Master Card Netsafe till yet.

But How do you generate Visa netsafe? I only get Master Card every time.

I have two hdfc a/cs , one has MC other Visa, the same MC which wasnt working on homeshop18 later worked on freecharge so it was probably some temporary glitch.

Master Card netsafe still not working on many websites , this is the reply from HDFC -

We have checked and confirm that that it is acquirer, who is declining transaction and we are taking necessary steps to get this enabled in future.



Given the present condition MasterCard NetSafe will not work on this website.



Once the BIN is added in MasterCard DS same will work, however if that takes time we request you to apply for a visa card .
