So, I finally got my new stuff.Pretty happy with it since my last config wasn't so good.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

Asus P5K-VM (won't be OC'ing)

G.Skill 2x2 GB DDR2 800Mhz

Corsair HX 620W

Sapphire 4850 512mb GDDR3 (2 slot cooling)

WD 500GB HDD

Sony 20x DVD/RW

Logitec MX518 (to replace my old 518/Copperhead)

Razer Goliathus (to replace my Everglide Titan)

Yay.
 
thats a nice balanced rig you got, 'grats on the buy :)

But, considering your rig, isnt HX620 an overkill? .. Corsair VX450 would have been a great choice imo.

True, for now.But it is more future proof.Plus, there's no harm in having more spare power right?

btw, y Sony DVDRW?? it sucks dude. I've one lying in cupboard.. It almost get dead after 6-7 months

Lol, believe me, I've got almost every brand of DVD RW in my cupboard from Liteon, Sony, Samsung etc.

Really true, not taking risks while overclocking is also imp, surely that PSU will surely not bottleneck while overclocking...
