Number crunching rig specs for cae, fea and optimization solvers

I need help in buying/building a new PC. My budget and requirements are as follows:

Budget: Rs 30-35k

Existing hardware setup: Q6600,2GB DDR2 800,CORSAIR 450 PSU,VIEWSONIC 19'LCD.,MOBO-CRASHED

Components from the existing setup that you intend to keep: PSU &MONITOR

Components that you have in mind for your new PC: AS PER YOUR OBSERVATIONS AND KIND SUGGESTIONS

Plans to upgrade in the future: NOT IN COUPLE OF YEARS

Places from where you will buy components along with your location: KOLKATA

Intended use of the PC : STRICTLY MATHEMATICAL NUMBER CRUNCHING AS IN NEURAL NETS AND GA BASED OPTIMIZATION ROUTINES ON LARGE DATA SETS, CAE ANALYSIS LIKE ANSYS ,FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS SOLVERS, -- I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY RENDERING,CAD OR 3D MODELLING WORK....AND STRICTLY NO NO GAMING

Monitor resolution and size:NOT REQD

Will you be overclocking your setup?: STRICTLY NONE WHATSOEVER

Which OS will you use?: WINDOWS

I aint expert in no.crunching.

I would suggest NVIDIA CUDA system if your software supports CUDA.

Processor :any non K core I7 would do.

I suggest against K series as you dont plan to get overcloked.

Perhaps a Bulldozer with 8 core might help you than SB series.
