MSI P6N SLI PLATINUM is also a very good board based on nvidia 650i chipset. It has heatpipe cooling and also optional fan is provided with the board for northbridge cooling in case you want to overclock the board. Also this board has all solid state capacitors. ASUS P5N-E SLI has many memory compability problems and there is no heatsink on southbridge. You can read user reviews of this asus board on newegg.

So the msi board will be the best buy. It has been launched in india but i dont know about its availability.
