Hmm, its no secret that AMD exists purely because of the "other financing" Intel provides for. But its Nvidia's turn now:

As a part of the deal, Intel has agreed to pay Nvidia a cool $1.5 billion over the next five years. That represents nearly two quarters worth of revenue for Nvidia, which now appears to have the option of reviving its chipset division.
