Graphic Cards Nvidia GTX 560 Ti Official reviews

Now question is Is the GTX 560 Ti 1GB better at 14k or rather spend 17.5k and get an unlockable 6950 2GB (flashed to 6970 2GB) :p

When HD6870 was selling for 269$ at newegg... here in india it was selling for around 14.7k... GTX560 is selling for 249$ in U.S now... so this card shud really launch in india wid a price tag of around 14k to 14.5k...

A reason to look at this card might be because of size and noise levels. A full sized 6950 won't fit in my case (I was thinking of getting one), but this will. It's also looks to be much quieter than the 6950. (I have a 4870 right now, and I do find the fan a bit distracting).

Yeah. Seems NV and AMD has swapped power and noise efficiency for this series. With name change from ATI to AMD they power consumption and noise too seems to have increased :p

I have already delayed my GPU upgrade two three times... and this is the only card i m looking forward to buy... But the worst part is that our indian dealers are greedy... :( They will definately sell this card wid a high price tag even if its selling for 249$ (Rs 11545 + 5%VAT= Rs.12026)... They will definately sell this card for 16k here in india to earn huge amount of profit... :(

But considering the 6950 1GB is only priced $10 more than this cart, don't you guys think it is a better buy? It beats 560 comfortably in almost all games.

Well, I got an update from Nvidia India guys and its priced at INR 15,879. I am not too sure if that's the MRP or street price, but I seriously doubt company personnels will give a street price because of obvious difference in rates between stores/models/cities.

The price difference isn't much IMO. Will go with the 6950 2GB. If it unlocks to the 6970, nothing like it. :D

Seems like things are unfolding pretty fast out in the GPU segment ,

1-560Ti Review out

2-AMD starts slashing prices

3-What next ?

thats a tad too much :(....well anyways for preorder zotac is available @ 15.5k

I think for just released prices are kinda ok, as usual with brand new stuff expect a 1k ish drop in the next month or 2. This thing is a OC beast tho cant wait to see zotacs amp edition show up hoping that comes with atleast 900mhz.

yes, and plus it consumes lesser power... Buy if it fits your case. Else GTX560 is a good choice(although point to note, at OC it consumes GTX570 like power)
