NVIDIA Corporation :: NVIDIA Reports Record Results for Second Quarter of Fiscal 2008

* NVIDIA continued to capture leading share in five GPU categories,
according to Mercury Research:
* Total Standalone - 66 percent
* Total Desktop Standalone - 65 percent
* DirectX 9 - 64 percent
* DirectX 10 - 75 percent
* Total Notebook Standalone - 68 percent

Awesome results I may say... just puts AMD in some deeper shit..

That's good news for nVidia, can't wait for their 9 series cards, and from what I've read from the rumor thread, assuming that part of it is true, it's going to be a monster. :hap2:

Wasnt really unexpected, but i would be interested in knowing their profit margins. If im not mistaken its hovering around 45% currently

yep. All the cash spent on R&D is recovered from the product line over the first 3-6 months
