I bought a 3x MTS data card with prepaid and it comes with lifetime validity. I activated it in aug 2010, but never did a recharge, not even the first one coz i din't need it at that time. I m now continually using my MTNL broadband.

But 4-5 days ago, I got a mail that "Your MTS MBlaze validity expired".

When it has a lifetime validity, then how the hell it expired ??:@
I tried calling their CC, but no one picks the phone after putting on hold. I tried calling them in mng,afternoon n night.....but never succeeded.:no:
Can anyone help me out this......
How much (min) recharge is needed to again acquire the validity. :huh:

ur upload/download limit mustbe over.. get the 999 plan i think. its the best. nephews using it so i dont know the full details.. but overall he's quiet happy with it.

@toxicdrift

my bad if u r unable to understand my post.....

i said,

i've bought it and never ever used it.....its just idle.....even never did a recharge !! Nothing related with usage n plans.....

Still thnks mate for at least rplying :)

when u buy the device you need to do a min recharge of some 12Rs or something.... which usually the vendor does it and gives it to you....
In the new packages that RCV is also included.... That recharge has to be done within 48hrs or so.... you can confirm it with a local MTS outlet...
Their customer service is outsourced to Tech Mahindra... and its most hopeless and useless....
They work only in office hours 10-6 and they r closed on wknds....

finally talked to the CC, and guess the time.....its 12.30 am (yes after midnight)

I was really angry with them....but the CC banda was really polite

Nyways, he told me that everything is fine and to ignore that mail as the same was system generated mail sent whenever a user remain idle for aroun 3-4 months.
