Super cooling for $299

AN INTERESTING enthusiast memory company that goes by the name OCZ(ed) has another surprise for you. Back at the CES 2006 show, it showcased its first phase change cooler. It’s the one that can cool your CPU to sub zero temperatures and that should let you overclock to sky high speeds. You usually can buy those from well known guys such as Asetek with the exception that it will cost a little bit more but will probably offer better performance.

The company already made a name with its super overclockable memory modules. Later it went for high end power supply market and kind of made its name there already and now it wants to go for super cooler. The next step has to be water cooling. The way it looks now, this company wants to provide you with all you need for super overclocking.

OCZ is already shipping its first batch of phase change coolers and it already has a quantity to sell . We still don’t know where can you buy them but you should be able to get one for the suggested retail price of $299. Others' have been selling for significantly more than that.

We will let you know when we find out where you can buy them, they are certainly out of the factory and in resellers' hands, you just need to track them down.
