The corsair dominator airflow unit is probably a better cooler. The best however is to just hang a 92mm medium speed fan on top of the ram using wire/clips. Thats what I have and the ram is stone cold.
 
Will not order it by DHL anyway as its low cost stuff. If at all I order it, I will probably use the Registered Post option (10 Euro shipping) to get it along with some other low cost stuff. Mem-Config people told me that it takes 4 days up to a week on average with Registered Post, the worst being 2 Weeks.

Also tempted by the OCZ Ultra 5+ Silver Thermal Compound, but being put off by the price. Its the same as Arctic Silver but still a bit pricier.
