PC Peripherals OEM and Box packed SMPS?

What is the difference in OEM and box packed SMPS?
I am getting +500 CM Extreme power OEM SMPS from SMC(without box, 3yr warranty promised by smc) for Rs.2700, should i buy it?

should really avoid the CM extreme power series if your PC would would utilize that kind of power fully. Also Boxed packed in that is also priced similarly, so your not getting a good deal.

Look into the corsair cx400 or Seasonic extreme power 390W.

Dont buy cm extreme power series psus its not reliable better off geting corsair cx 400 for 3.3k or seasonic 380w 3k
