Doremon Level D Apr 5, 2015 #3 thanks for reply. Should I need to make that office account IMAP enabled? How? Actually, I need to store all mails at other place. This outlook account have had four .pst files totaling 40gb. I confused and hence asking for help.

vivek.krishnan BLR~ZRS-TX-1-MX Level K Apr 5, 2015 #4 Woah. Thats a lot of mails - GMail is not going to cut it. Nor would hotmail, for that mattter. And I would not trust another operator with the same. Would suggest to pay for Google storage and upload all stuff using IMAP.
