There are four units that are obsolete and need to be updated.

Quote from a guy who does AMC for computer maintenance.

Motherboard: Powerx H110
CPU: i3 6th Gen
RAM: ADATA 8GB DDR4 2666
SSD: GIGABYTE OR WB 240GB
Charging Rs. 9750.

There are also a few systems that require RAM and SSD upgrades:

RAM:
ADATA 4GB 2666 (Rs 1250) - 3 quantity
ADATA 4GB 1600 {Rs 1050) - 5 quantity

SSD:
GIGABYTE OR WB 240GB {Rs 1600) - 6 quantity

Please let me know if you have any alternative suggestions regarding the motherboard, CPU, and RAM.

These system are used for Microsoft Office, Tally and browsing and connected to Dell Tower

how about this for office PCs, use as it is and upgrade RAM if needed.

You may need to debloat win 11 for these to work good.

That PC for 10k is sufficient for the tasks you mentioned. Or the above NUC with extra RAM is an excellent choice as well. Install a custom Windows ISO or go with Windows 10 though, that Celeron will be held back by Windows 11 spyware and bloatware.

That 500GB P3 is fine for both builds.
Edit- B450 A II may need a BIOS update to support Ryzen 5 5600G, so you may have to confirm with the seller or update the BIOS after receiving it with the BIOS flashback button.

I really don't know current price of mobo, CPU qnd I am sorry :(

After searching on pcpricetracking, have decided to hold off on purchasing 8 memory sticks and 6 SSD units.

We have also decided to decrease the number of systems to 3.

Now total budget 3 systems will be between Rs 30 to 40K.

Intel NUCs come with 3 years of warranty. For general usage i.e. office apps and browsing, it should be fine. Anything more and it would struggle. The best aspect is the low power consumption and it comes with a VESA bracket so you can just attach it behind your monitor. Windows 10 is recommended.

Should be fine. Just increase the RAM.
