thanks bud, the cooling has been the key, yesterday they were idling on 33,34 and with load they never crossed 50c :D

good score,good overclock on that 9650 (btw I got one in transit :D) but Stock cooling? :O are you kidding?

what temps did u get too? btw whats the batch number for the chip and the last 2 numbers on the chip itself?

stock cooling on the card....for the QX its DICE cooling. :D

could you highlight the batch number and the no on the chip, and how high does ur qx reach on air btw?

missed ur reply i guess, so u got ur 9650???? I am an avid ocer, so I have all the 3d benches that get me points on hwbot but on Dice max my CPU can go is 5.1Ghz. LN2 costly in here, and needs other guyz as well helping you out, hence not doing LN2 benches for the time being.

On air, i can do 4.4Ghz 3d benchable though not stable, half the time benches quit in the middle during CPU testing. bout the batch no. will do so by evening if i am able to trace the box.

ookie, but for finding the batch number, you'll find it on the procy itself given you haven't lapped it yet. Another interesting figure to look for is the one on the chip the last 2 digits, mine are 34, and thats pretty decent cause the closer to 00 this number is better is the chip for overclocking.

Nice score dude! nice overclock on the 6600, what kind of temps do u see while benching on the procy/gpu? and thats a awesome clock on the card! good going!

man!!!! you are telling me where to find the batch number.....buddy i know it very well....just that dont wanna remove the TRUE and the TIM to find it and hence was out of the question. The last 2 digits you are talking about is nothing but a personal assumption of Fugger or Hipro and is just making you happy kinda stuff, coz chips which do not fall into the good category according to that assumptions have gone very high, and the chips which do fall in the good category have done mediocre....

@supra, Man thats some neat score out there....clock the quad a bit more, if possible....17k wud look more nice, :)

Wow Supra...hybrid crossfire..interesting, how does it scale? can we have some benchies?...is it worth it?...coz I mite go for it if it scales well enough!!!
