offsite backup recommendations

I follow this. I have a 2TB External HDD and a 4TB (didn't deliberately buy these 2, just happened to buy these at different times).

Then each month or so, I will copy everything from one HDD to another. I actually want a better way to sync both these HDDs as copying like 1TB takes lots of time.

Is there a software that just compared only delta is synced?

freefilesync is good.i already follow the 2 hd solution just want a offsite backup backblaze b2 is very very cheap 1$ a tb something but all data in a single datacenter
