Ok guys need help choosing songs

Hi guys.
My best friends birthday is comming in a week. She is deeply into music. She loves nice relaxing music. So i my whole group planning to buy her a ipod mini and few songs from itunes and gift her that.
Everyone is chipping in so cost is not big deal
But we are having very hard time selecting songs. What i know is she likes songs like U2-with or without you( she listens to this one song like 10 times day on her CD player), Eric Clapton - You Look Wonderful Tonight etc etc.
So those who can guess her style of music from this please suggest some songs.
None of us are into music that much.
So please guys help me out. You will be thanked on the behalf of 15 people :)

Shania Twain is my hometown girl :)
