As mentioned in title. Needs to support Win10 22H2.
Budget ~ upto 2.5K depending on the model and condition.
Needs to be shipped to Delhi 110014 or local pickup.

I have GTX 670 right now but Nvidia drivers support is dead and available drivers have an issue where video decode in browsers hangs/lags when switching tabs.
It's a bit annoying but can do nothing about it.
