Old computer need GPU upgrade, gtx 730 vs gtx 1030?

Current computer Spec
Asus P5b Dlx mobo, Intel Quad core 9400 CPU, 8gb DDR 2 ram, PSU CM GX 450 watt.

MY Old GPU fan has stopped working in peak summer, due to lockdown I am forced tu use add on fan over it to cool hence need to change the GPU, can only buy online as of now.
Need to decide between gtx 730 vs gtx 1030, the system is used only for photo editing & bit of video edits, No gaming at all.

Kindly suggest which of these are best suitable for old system?
 
Thanks That surely helped, so 1030 is what I need to buy, now there are different brands some are with fan & some are fanless heat sink.
Which one would be better? My experience with GPS fans has always been bad, the fan dies & I have to change the GPU.
does fanless generate more heat? (Peak summer my ambient temperature usually is 42-45°C)
 
Haven't tried fanless much except GT710 Zone Edition - which worked flawlessly. I will recommend you to search for FB forums or other online options before buying - you will get better pricing and more options

PS: Avoid GPU used for mining
