Where is the "How much can I sell this for?" thread?

Gone, for facilitating transactions in a non-transparent manner by bypassing the marketplace.

The only way now is to actually put in the effort to make a sale thread and set your own optimistic prices and wait for other members to offer price corrections.

This thread will probably end up being locked.
