Olympus E-PL1 - The Best of both Worlds

I always wanted a good digital camera to replace my age old Canon SX100 IS so after I got some money this year I posted a query on TE & "adder" was a great help in helping me choose the Sony NEX.

But before I purchased it I had a brain storm that since I don't use the digital camera much I shouldn't buy a 35k one.

So after a discussion with TE members "deep_nx" & "-D.Payne-" about the Olympus E-PL1 & Sony NEX 3 we reached the conclusion that I should buy the Olympus E-PL1 12.3 Megapixel Digital Camera.

So I ordered it via ebay India for Rs. 24500 on 2nd August & received it on 6th August.

I'm finding it amazing & I am very Happy. :eek:hyeah:

Today I took it's pictures with the help of "cranky" & his Nikon D40.

Congrats... That's a cool purchase. Isn't this the one which comes with interchangeable micro 4/3rd lenses?

NEX to Olympus you mean

see I don't use a cam much & nex was 10.5k higher & not available in India officially
