I'm quite unsure whether to buy this or not? I'm more of a point and shoot person, but absolutely hate the image quality on most of the PnS camera available around the same range.

Good because this camera is not good at all. (First hand experience with this camera)
Its a entry level camera stuck with a big lens. Thats about it. It has poor ISO performance with even ISO200 starting to give noisy pictures. Its not a great camera. Image quality is just like any other point and shoot if not worse.

It would have been a good deal for 6k but none of the coupons worked (not even MCEBAY1234) on this and for 6.5k it was just a fair deal.
