OMG! Look at the GTX260 prices now!

Waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :(

my 4850 arrives this week :P

No taxes on the Egg where i ordered from :ohyeah: Only problem, my 400W wouldnt prob be able to take the 260 anyway :rofl: so the 4850 will have to do ;)

well im kinda ignorant abt these stuffs...in order of performance..is it something like this? HD 4870 > GTX260> HD 4850 > 9800gtx

or is there any correction?:D

@mutant: Sorry bro; this thing'd dare touch the 4850 CF with a 5 foot pole!!!

I maybe mistaken as well; but could u pl direct me to a few benchmarks which'd support ur claim?? :)

@xtr.pwnzor: Abs right but the 9800GTX scores well in Crysis than the 4850; :) The 9800GTX OC's pretty well;

@techie_007: And which 400w are u intending to power ur 4850??? Change it ASAP dude; :P

@TechHead: Oye!!! 4870 vs GTX260??? :O Aren't u aware of the present gfx scenario??? :P

It more like this for performance, all other things being ignored:
HD 4870 >= GTX260(mostly same but somewhat lower in some places) > HD 4850(by 15-20%) > 9800gtx(by 5-10%)
EDIT:
