so now guys i have the pics but i dont have the original bill its with micheal and tht too in his own house hes in chennai rt now what to do how to make show em the proof of the purchase?? the air consignment number will do with the attached scanned copy or???
help me!!!!!
 
just mail them and tell that bill are with some other place ie home .... so it will take some time for me to get that :)
 
but in my previous mail i mentioned i got it at my homeso i am at home :(

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from India.I bought this Antec p180 Cabinet from a dealer who stays in chennai since there are no dealers in the region i stay.Upon recieving the cabinet through "Jet Airways Air Cargo" i found out after taking it to home that the locks of the front panel bezel that locks with the cabinets alumunium panel are broken.I have attached respected screenshots.I've had a talk with Mr. Vinod of Antec India he told me that this front bezel is not available but he'll check but availiability is almost nil.As you can see this cabinet is useless without the bezel since the bezel holds the switches the ports and the wires i would be glad you kindly get me a front bezel or tell me a way out to fix this problem.

Where was the cabinet purchased originally?

If its purchased in chennai he can get a duplicate copy of the bill and get it scanned. I am sure that wont be too much of a problem.
 
^^^Yeah call him up man.. You can't expect him to come online everyday. Ask him to scan and send you the Bill if possible.
 
A while back I had damaged the Blue LEDs in my P160 case and I had emailed Antec USA and without a question they sent me by courier the LEDs along with the attached wire. :)
